Spring Lakes is a well-established neighbourhood in beautiful Buenaventura Lakes. This means that it is only 10 miles east of the Disney World Resort. Using the new Osceola Parkway it is only 15 minutes’ drive to Disney.
The estate is surrounded by several golf and country clubs and thousands of acres of conservation land, and, in fact Heron’s Flight has one of the best locations in the neighbourhood, overlooking a lake and conservation area beyond. It is therefore ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity after a busy day at the parks (or on the golf course!).
Spring Lakes is only 20 minutes south of Orlando International Airport and the extensive shopping area of Florida Mall. There are nearby restaurants and two good supermarkets that are open 24 hours a day.
