This is a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa with its own pool, overlooking a lake and conservation area. The pool has solar heating year round, but also offers electric heating for the cooler winter months, so that even on the coolest day the pool temperature will remain at around 82°F.
As you enter the house you will see the formal living room and dining room. The vaulted ceiling and extra large windows make these rooms very airy and spacious.
The kitchen has all amenities - large fridge, full size stove, microwave, waste disposal system, toaster and dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery for 10 people. There is also a small breakfast table.
The main living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a TV and DVD player and a Sound System. Sliding doors lead out on to the Pool Deck. The formal living room also has comfortable seating for those who wish to read or sit quietly away from the main living area. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer are on the ground floor, as is a toilet and washbasin.
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs - the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. there is also a 2nd TV and VCR in this room. This room overlooks the lake and pool.
The 3 futher bedrooms - 1 Queen and 2 twin rooms are all very generously proportioned and all have Cable TV points. The Queen bedroom has a 3rd TV and VCR. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and there are 2 folding beds available, allowing up to 10 people to sleep in the villa.
The pool area is very large and there is a table and chairs for outside dining, and several loungers for relaxing in the sun. The lake attracts all the local wildlife and you can watch Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, Egrets, Ibis and Moorhens from the comfort of your lounger by the pool!
Our house is in the perfect location - an easy drive to Disney, yet quiet for a relaxing day by the pool. For golfers, there are five golf clubs within 10 minutes' drive and several others within 30 minutes' drive and many of them offer very reasonable rates.
